ELSIWA APPARELS EG LTD is a woven product supply company established in Egypt under the Taha Group brand. Founded in 2025 with its headquarters in Cairo, it was established to supply the LC Waikiki brand's woven product needs in the MENA region — and partially in Turkey and global markets — through its CMT operation.
To contribute to LC Waikiki's goal of becoming one of Europe's three most successful brands, we aim to meet the needs of the entire MENA region — and subsequently the Turkish and global markets — in the most competitive manner. We aim to establish the largest-volume textile supplier network in Egypt and reach a monthly output of 1 million products in the near future. Along the way, we aim to rank among the top two LC Waikiki supplier companies in terms of price, quality and delivery time.
To convey our belief that "Everyone Has the Right to Dress Well" to the entire MENA region, and to support the creation of a global loyal customer base by achieving 100% customer satisfaction in price, quality and in-store product availability.
ELSIWA APPARELS EG LTD was established as a subsidiary of LC Waikiki to carry out woven and denim contract (CMT) manufacturing in Egypt. Operating from our headquarters in Cairo, we work with an experienced team and a growing network of production partners to deliver the right product, at the right price, on time.
As part of the Taha Group, we bring proven contract-manufacturing know-how to the Egyptian market, combining strict quality control, disciplined process management and a strong local supplier base.
ELSIWA APPARELS EG LTD is founded in Cairo, Egypt, as an LC Waikiki subsidiary to manage woven and denim contract manufacturing in Egypt.

From the very first day of our operations, we have carried out our quality activities under the guidance of professional teams and, in line with this, we have built rigorous control stages into our production process.
Every product is checked at each step — from fabric intake to final inspection — so that price, quality and delivery time meet LC Waikiki standards.

ELSIWA APPARELS EG LTD carries out contract-manufacturing organisation activities in its area of expertise — woven and denim products — in cooperation with production partners across Egypt. The following processes are managed within the company:
Creating the production order prior to purchasing services and materials, for the purpose of receiving an order or preparing a costing.
Sample approval processes in which the samples representing the production are prepared before entering production.
R&D and trend fabric studies; sourcing the fabrics for the model at the required quality, best price and delivery date, through to dispatch to the warehouse.
From R&D and costing of the accessories used in the model, to sourcing them at the required quality, best price and delivery date and dispatching them to the warehouse.
Pre-acceptance and quality control of supplied fabrics, then acceptance into stock, return to the supplier, or release to the contract workshop.
Quantity and quality checks of incoming accessories and consumables, then acceptance into stock, return to the supplier, or release to the contract workshop.
Determining fabric consumption per unit, planning in-house or outsourced cutting services, and the related follow-up and control processes.
Planning contract-supplier capacity according to the order, finding alternative suppliers, and following the production process with in-line and interim quality controls.
Final quality control of finished goods and follow-up of shipment to the logistics warehouse.
Periodic measurement, evaluation, classification, auditing, development and contract management of fabric, accessory and service suppliers against predefined performance criteria.
